The Year End Lists...oh and Happy New Year!

Happy New Year All!

With all new 2011 making it's appearance, it's time for everyone's year end list.  It's great to read these since it's where most writers have their own take on the year's releases.  We made a few of these lists this year with "People. Places. Things."  We'll be sharing the other ones in the next couple of posts.

First up is "Last Year's Girl" from Scotland.  She has written some very nice things about us in the past (one if which you can find HERE) and really gets it.

Here's what she had to say:

6. Drunk on Crutches: People, Places, Things
Jen Whittenburg has a voice that could stop traffic. Stuffed full of catchy couplets, this is timeless Americana but with modern themes.
From the original November post: “Whittenburg is a woman who understands that “Oh Well” are the two most desperate words in the English language. The song haunts me as much as the words still do."

Check out the full list HERE.
